Dear Heber Public Utility District Customer,
HPUD will be conducting valve exercising throughout Heber. Valve exercising is the closing and opening of water valves at slow rates to ensure that they do not seize. If a valve is not exercised every so often it will seize and then break. Valve exercising is important because when a water break does happen it allows staff to isolate the area without shutting off the unaffected areas of Heber. Please see the map for more information.
Dear Resident,
The Heber Public Utility District will be in your neighborhood completing preventative cleaning and maintenance. This work is necessary to provide reliable sewer service and meet District mandated cleaning requirements.
Although we are not shutting off water service due to non-payment at this time, the shutoff moratorium ended December 31, 2021. This means you will need to pay your bill. Late fees are NOW being applied to all customer who do not pay their bill in full by the 25th of the month.
