10. ANNOUNCEMENTS:

HPUD General Manager will waive Ordinance 220 for the Heber Tamale Festival on January 18, 2025.

HPUD Christmas Tree Lighting will be hosted at Tito Huerta Park on December 6st from 5pm to 8pm.

11. CLOSED SESSION:

To ensure privacy during Closed Session, we will observe the following procedures:

• The Board President will enter Closed Session. Members of the public will exit the boardroom.
