Attached is the October 2023 Grants Report.
Heber Public Utility District [HPUD] has invested over $30,000 on an annual basis (surpassing
$42,000 last year) toward what is known as the Heber Fall Fiesta. Each year, HPUD and its team of
employees, volunteers and community-minded individuals produce an amazing Fall Fiesta as a
contribution to our cherished community of Heber. HPUD makes no profit from this event and any
funds that come in as a result of the event go directly to the Fall Fiesta budget.

The Heber Public Utility District Board of Directors will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 15th, 2022 at 6pm.
The meeting will take place at 1078 Dogwood Rd., Suite 104, Heber, CA 92249.
